Two different refusals, and the difference matters. E_RESOLUTION_UNKNOWN means the mechanism is not in the set. E_RESOLUTION_NONDETERMINISTIC means it is a mechanism the spec refuses, or a query the grammar cannot pin down — and an outcome nobody can recompute is not an outcome.
